Silestone® is a quartz surfacing product that consists of 93% quartz and 7% resins. The result is an extremely dense product that is an excellent choice for kitchen countertops, vanities, and other surfacing applications.
The Silestone® manufacturing process is a state-of-the-art computerized process that mixes natural quartz, color pigments, and binders. The mixture is vibrated and compressed simultaneously under a vacuum. This results in a hard, extremely dense, non-porous product.
Silestone® is great for kitchen countertops, and it is suitable for any indoor surfacing applications (vanities, tub surround, surfacing applications, bar top tables, etc.)

Stain Resistant: Because the surface is polished quartz, Silestone® is extremely stain resistant and does not require any sealers.
Heat Resistant: Silestone® is made of quartz, one of the hardest materials of nature. Only three minerals are harder — topaz, sapphire, and diamond.

Silestone® can be maintained by simply using normal household cleansers to clean the surface. Stubborn stains may require more scrubbing or minimal use of an abrasive cleanser.
